Coloring Comes to Clermont

Get the details about our first coloring event.

The Clermont Public Library and Skip-A-Way Campground invite you to the Quarry Lodge on Saturday April 9th at 10:00am for a coloring program. Coloring allows us to switch off our brains from other thoughts and focus only on the moment, helping to alleviate anxiety and lower stress levels. It is also helps people socialize while keeping their hands busy.  All ages welcome while parents are asked to remain with younger children. Coloring pages will be available along with an assortment of crayons, colored pens and pencils. The Quarry Lodge is donating the space for the program and invites you to enjoy a free game of mini golf (regularly $6.00) afterwards. The Quarry Lodge will also offer $2.00 off any food on the menu or a free ice cream cone. Come enjoy the morning, make new friends or meet up with old ones, and color away your cares.

This resource is supported by the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act as administered by State Library of Iowa.
